Meet Our Dental Team – Henrico, VA

A Team That Feels Like Family

At Who Does Your Teeth, our team is small, but mighty! Our two administrative staff, two dental hygienists, and two dental assistants are all dedicated to helping our patients feel welcomed each time they enter our practice doors. They truly love what they do, and our patients can feel that at every appointment. We invite you to get to know our amazing dental team by reading more about them below.

Pat, Financial Coordinator

Pat says that the day she interviewed here, she instantly felt a sense of family. “Dr. Neal and his practice came into my life at the most perfect moment.” For her, coming in every day never really feels like “work.” It feels like a partnership that she WANTS to be a part of and contribute to. She has been in dentistry for over 20 years and is here to maximize your benefits and make the financial process as easy as possible.

Pat is married to her wonderful husband, Gary, and they have two daughters, two grandsons, and two granddaughters. Their family is completed by four Labrador fur babies named Jack, Thor, Cricket, and Mollie. She loves spending time at their cabin in Cumberland, volunteering with the Lab Rescue of Greater Richmond, and riding her electric bike.

LeAnne, Dental Hygienist

LeAnne was born in Portsmouth and raised in Roxboro, North Carolina after her dad finished his time in the Navy. She started her college career in nursing and transitioned to dental hygiene, eventually graduating from her dream school, UNC Chapel Hill, in 2012. She loves the dental field because she cherishes serving people and helping others see the beauty in themselves. Now, she appreciates the extra time she gets at WDYT to spend with our patients and form lasting bonds with them.

On the weekends, you’ll often catch LeAnne doing interior design, cooking, traveling, and spending time with her boyfriend, Matthew, her Shihpoo (Shih Tzu-poodle), Nova, and her cat, Finn.

Jordyn, Patient Care Coordinator

Jordyn was first introduced to our practice as an intern with the ECPI Dental Assisting Program in September 2020. She found that she enjoyed the variety of services Dr. Neal’s extensive training allows him to offer, and she officially became a team member that November. Today, she has certifications in Planmeca scanning and milling, infection control, and radiography. She is currently transitioning from assistant to patient coordinator.

Outside of work, Jordyn often goes on vacations with her family and attends concerts with friends.
